What we collect on this site
We only collect personal information that you choose to send us:
- If you use the "Rather we got in touch?" form, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), where your field is (optional), whether you have a gate you can padlock, and anything you write in the message.
- If you book a demo, our booking page collects your name, email, and the time you've chosen.
We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo. We don't sell it or use it for anything else.
To get your enquiry to us, it's delivered by email and handled by our booking automation. We use trusted service providers for hosting, email, and calendar bookings to do this.
The demo on this page is just a demonstration. Nothing you enter into it is sent to us or stored anywhere.
Cookies & storage
We don't use any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies on this site. If we ever add analytics in future, we'll either use a tool that doesn't use cookies or ask for your consent first.
Our lawful basis
We handle your enquiry on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch, and your consent when you submit the form or book a demo.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and demo bookings for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless you become a customer, in which case your information is covered by our service privacy notice.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us, or object to how we use it. Just email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the ICO (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).

We'll update this notice as the site changes and revise the date at the top.
